5. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data where necessary for the operation of the website or our services, and preferably with parties acting as data processors on our behalf (subject to appropriate agreements).

6. Retention Periods

We do not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, taking into account statutory retention obligations.

Guidelines (may vary by site):
Enquiries: for as long as necessary to follow up, and thereafter for a maximum of 24 months for administrative purposes.
Technical/security logs: typically 6 months.
Analytics (Fathom): We retain aggregated/analytics data for up to 36 months to analyse trends and seasonal effects.

7. Modules

7.1 Web Hosting and Email (Combell)

We use Combell for our web hosting and email services. Combell processes personal data in connection with hosting, security and technical support. Combell does not use data for its own purposes, except where necessary to provide and secure its services.

7.2 Consent Management (CookieYes)

We use CookieYes to record and apply your cookie preferences. CookieYes helps us to ensure that cookies and (marketing) tags are only activated once you have given your consent. You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie settings on the website.

7.3 Analytics (Fathom)

We use Fathom Analytics to gain insights into how the website is used (e.g. pages visited, general traffic sources). This analysis helps us to improve the website.

7.4 Contact Forms

When you fill in a form, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, email address, telephone number, message) in order to deal with your enquiry and contact you.

7.5 Protection Against Spam and Abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our forms and website against spam, abuse and automated bots, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

Turnstile checks whether an interaction on our website originates from a human rather than an automated system. To this end, certain technical data may be processed, such as:

IP address
Browser and device characteristics
Website interaction data

This data may be processed by Cloudflare to carry out the security check. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies for advertising or marketing purposes.

The processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our website and forms against spam, misuse and automated attacks.

8. International Data Transfers (Outside the EEA)

Some service providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses), depending on the specific service and contractual arrangements.
