Meet BaAma Global Taste, a new and one-of-a-kind fusion restaurant in Antwerp Zuid. BaAma isn’t just any run-of-the-mill fusion restaurant. No peculiar combinations of Asian and Belgian cuisine on one plate, but a collection of some classic dishes from different countries and cultures. Indian, Japanese, Italian or a delicious homemade burger, there’s something for everyone.

Fusion reinvented. BaAma Global Taste certainly lives up to its name with some of the most amazing flavours from around the world. This restaurant is the place to be for a dinner with a group with many different tastes. Hamburgers, pasta, tempura, homemade croquettes, salads or a quality piece of meat? BaAma does it all. To be able to properly review the varied menu, each member of our team chose a different dish. Our conclusion? Each and every dish was absolutely delicious! Everything was made fresh with quality ingredients for a very good price. We gladly ate our fill!

Service is more than a word

What can you expect from a dinner at BaAma? Good food and a warm welcome. From the moment we arrived right up to the moment we left, the service was impeccable. The owner clearly pours his heart and soul into his restaurant. He cooks every dish himself and comes out to greet each guest to ask if they enjoyed dinner. Moreover, this owner/chef has cooked in restaurants all over the world. From India to Italy and now our cosy city of Antwerp. This means he has first-hand experience and expertise with the dishes he servers. No tandoori or tempura that vaguely resemble the original dishes. No, at BaAma you get the real thing.

Lucky for you, you don’t have to go looking very far to discover the flavours of the world. Right in the heart of ‘t Zuid, close by the Marnixplaats and hidden behind a somewhat unassuming exterior, you’ll find the gem that is BaAma. A little hungry after a nice afternoon on a patio? Just a short walk away you can plop down on the next terrace and continue your night with an amazing culinary experience. Or did you just spend the day shopping in the city centre? Take tram 4 or 7 and claim your table at BaAma for a delicious dinner.
